If your not ready to talk yet, that’s ok. Making changes can be scary and challenging because it can bring our biggest fears to the surface. A good way to start is by doing some self-development DIY exercises and reading. My aim for this page is that it will give you some guidance on how to help yourself (Coaching DIY). Or allow you to purchase some of the tools I use with my clients without having to book 1 to 1 sessions.

But whatever you decide to do – Invest in YourselfYOU ARE WORTH IT!

Journals and Guides

Positively Positive Guided Journal

About 9 years things ago felt like a chore, even things that should have been joyful were clouded with the thoughts of ‘another thing on my to do list’. I came across journalling and I used it as a way to start seeing the positive side of my life. From their went on to create a more positive mindset.

At the end of 2020 in lockdown, I wondered if my experience could help others. With my further knowledge of coaching and my experience I created the Positively Positive guided journal.

So if you want to feel happier, more fulfilled, create a positive mindset and are willing to spend 5 to 10 mins per day for the next 3 months then this is for you. T

This is different to other journals as it gives your more than just ideas – this supports you to understand and delve into your mindset raising your self awareness and encouraging you to take the actions that feel right for you.
You are guided through a series of phases, building on positive activities at each phase of the journey. Eventually you will automatically feel and think more positively. There are inspirational quotes and self-reflection to keep motivation high.

Take some ‘me-time’ to enjoy your journey of positivity.

Self- Help Hints and Tips:

Positive Habits

It takes 30 days to change a habit so you need to have will power and determination. Not all bad habits are really bad, they just might be stopping you from moving forward and distracting you from doing things that may serve your life in a better way.

Start with something simple like a 10 min walk – you can build up to a longer one over time, or go to bed 10 mins earlier each night if you need more sleep. Make sure it’s something you want to do or has definite benefits as you are more likely to commit to it. Reflect on how the new habit is making a positive impact on your life regularly. Keep smiling, you can do it.

Positive Passwords:

Want to feel positive everyday – make your passwords make you feel alive. Most of us have passwords for something so set one that brings a smile to your face. For example; use words such as , ‘peace’, ‘sunshine’, ‘chocolate’, ‘brilliant’, ‘superhero’. Don’t forget to make them strong passwords by adding in numbers, symbols etc!
