This is a full day session or reduced to focus on a specific issue.

Goal Setting and Planning

This is a challenging coaching session where we will review your current purpose and mission and review current goals against this. The outcome will be to have a revised set of achievable and focussed goals to deliver success. Pre-work and follow up included. This is a half or full day depending on the size of the organisation.

Mental Health First Aid

It is a legal responsibility of an organisation to support an employees mental health in the workplace.

Work-related mental health issues must be assessed, the level of risk identified and appropriate adjustments made.

Joanne is an mental health first aider (FAA Level 2). Her experience, knowledge and skills allow her to offer Mental Health Support to businesses uphold their responsibility. She can also be the first port of call to single owner businesses who need some immediate support for their own mental health.

Joanne can offer,

– Regular Full day or Half day Mental Health First Aid Support to organisations and their employees.

– One off or Ad-hoc Mental Health First Aid support for small businesses.
